One room on Stoke Newington Road with a wooden dance floor, a proper cocktail bar, a stage with a PA on it and a team who build balloon walls every weekend of the year. Fifteen guests or a hundred and eighty.
It was a print works, then a rehearsal room, and since 2023 it has been this. Twelve-foot ceilings, a pressed-tin roof, brick to the back wall, and lighting that goes from dinner-warm to full club in one fader.
Everything you would otherwise hire in comes with the room: sound, lights, staff, a licence until three, and a floor that has taken a genuine hammering every weekend for three years without complaint.

Exclusive use of the space for your hours, all staff, the sound and lighting, the licence, the cleaning and the setup and takedown. There is no service charge, no corkage and no per-head admin fee on top.
On peak Fridays and Saturdays, yes, and we will tell you the number up front rather than after you have fallen in love with the room. Midweek and Sundays there is no minimum at all.
DJ and band, absolutely, the rig is yours and our engineer will meet them for a line check. Cake, yes, and we will plate and serve it. Own drinks, no; the licence does not allow it.
Music until 2:30am and out by 3am on Fridays and Saturdays, midnight Sunday to Thursday. The room is properly treated, so the neighbours have never once been the reason a night ended early.
Deposit refundable in full up to 30 days out, half up to 14 days, and non-refundable inside a fortnight. Move the date once, free, at any point up to a week before, subject to availability.
Step-free from the street to the main room, the bar and the accessible toilet. One shallow step into the back room with a portable ramp available. Tell us what would help and we will have it sorted before your guests arrive.
Yes, christenings, baby showers, wakes, workshops and photo shoots. Daytime hire runs 11am to 5pm and is cheaper than any evening slot. Ask and we will quote it.
